VIP questions

If you have any problem with VIP, send the leadership a private message (you need to be logged in).

The most common problems with a VIP account:

Nickname: your in-game nickname has to contain the nickname you entered when paying. (If you buy VIP for the nickname “Player”, you can play as “123Player321”, for example.)

Wrong password: in the /aktivator menu, enter the password you chose when paying (in the SMS or the form), not the code from the reply SMS.

Wrong server: VIP works only on servers of the type it was bought for. If you bought it for Zombie #1, for example, it won't work on Furien #1.

Wrong SMS format: the most common problem. In most cases it can be fixed: send the leadership a private message (you need to be logged in).

Premium SMS not enabled: in that case you aren't charged. Ask your mobile operator to enable premium SMS.

Bonus credit from your operator: a VIP account can't be bought with bonus credit from your operator (credit you got for free).
