VIP terms

By buying a VIP account, the player automatically agrees to the terms below.
  1. 1.

For technical reasons, money for accounts bought by SMS can't be refunded. Any problems are solved as soon as possible through a message on the website.

  2. 2.

Epiczone.sk takes no responsibility for a wrongly filled-in SMS format or other wrongly filled-in details.

  3. 3.

Epiczone.sk reserves the right to suspend or shut down the server the VIP account was activated on. In that case the VIP accounts expire, and the player agrees to this.

  4. 4.

Activating a VIP account gives the player no immunity from bans or other penalties on the servers. A VIP account can't be traded for an unban.

  5. 5.

Epiczone.sk reserves the right to take a VIP account away from a player who does something that is not allowed.

  6. 6.

For as long as it is valid, a VIP account works only on servers of the same type as the server it was bought on (VIP for Retakes works on Retakes #1 and #2). Partner servers such as Zombie Uprising or Zombie Biohazard are separate servers, and VIP accounts don't work there. The account can't be moved to another type of server.

  7. 7.

Publishing the VIP password or letting anyone else use the account is strictly forbidden. A player who does this has the account blocked immediately and is banned indefinitely.
