But me saying "ez" 10 times(I said "ez" a fuck ton more than 10 times, can't you count?) was a completely different and more grievous matter. I don't really know what he's trying to say with his broken english, it would be better if he just google translated that shit -> "but for 1 this kind of word he would get max 30 minutes..." but he didn't mute him at all, so he's either lazy or just negligent. When I sent him the HLTV(the right one, after the HLTV was confusing maps and I manually found the right HLTV) he just refused to look at it claiming he didn't have the time to watch the HLTV while he did a fucking CIA inspection of my HLStats and HLTVs to see if I did something wrong. If you still cannot see this is blatant hypocrisy and favouring then there is clearly something wrong with you people.

I am rather not responding to HLTV bcs it wouldn't be good for the forum to see me as the person as I am....

Muting him for slurs but giving no punishment for the insults directly toward me is still negligent, because my actual report wasn’t addressed. He got muted for something else, not for what I reported, which means the admin ignored the core issue. So this means one of two things:
1) He's neglecting his duty as admin.
2) He's not punishing him because I was the one who reported him and because he hates me, he's fine with him insulting me.

Also, I have some more issues to address. Like him calling me lazy and telling me to "USE YOUR FCKN BRAIN AND STOP ANNOY ME WITH YOUR COMPLEXES FROM YOUR LIFE." I will address both of these below.

-Calling me lazy.
This happened because he refused to watch the HLTV without the exact timestamp, now while I agree that he has the right to refuse watching an hour of HLTV there are a few reasons his reason became invalid.
1) I gave him the means of a rough estimate of the timestamp. Everytime someone disconnects before dying or breaks some other rule like teaming or not attacking, I state it in chat. Now, if you take the timestamp from the time I stated the issue and deducted it from the HLTV demo, you would get the rough timestamp of when the rule was broken. In short negligence.
2) This is a bit more complicated. He stated "I am rather not responding to HLTV bcs it wouldn't be good for the forum to see me as the person as I am...." which I interpret that he's stating he refuses to watch HLTV because he doesn't want the forum to see what kind of person he is by actually doing his duty as an admin and giving punishments fairly. Which is just admitting he doesn't want to do his job.
3) It is his duty as an admin to monitor HLTV demos for breaking the rules. With the current context this might seem unfair to the admins, but if you recall; two of the ways I got banned was because a player just spoke to an admin that I was breaking the rules. Once it was from someone just stating I was using SGS cheats and an admin banned me with no evidence whatsoever. Second was from someone who was friends with an admin, messaging them privately that I was provoking them, this was not documented at all but I still got muted from an anonymous report which could've been fake and the admin was just fishing. So him stating he doesn't have the time to watch HLTV but he has enough time to read hundreds of pages of HLStats and watch hours of demos to ban me is pretty obnoxious and hypocritical of him.

If he's talking about using a different website, that is a different issue with no grounds whatsoever, since it's not mentioned or stated anywhere so he's just being petty and refuses to acknowledge my reports.

Hello, I checked everything and this is my opinion on this situation.

As you said, you stated that we have to ban players for breaking the rules. Of course, you are right, but at same time we are not machines. We can't watch every demo which is uploaded barely every hour. It would be at least 20+ demos every day. Unless we got a report from someone, if they made report on our forum or contact us trough PM. Only then we watch HLTV.

From what I can see, FayFox did nothing wrong. We, FayFox, Dark and other Admins, are not obliged to watch untimed demos. You are supposted to check the demo and give us time when the player broke the rule. If your report does not follow the given template, CheatHunter can lock the report without solving it.

Also, there is nothing wrong with HLTV. HLTV is not displaying the wrong maps. If there is some problem, you have to contact us or our owner so we could check the problem. Also, watch how you talk on website. If your behavior is not according to the rules, you will be banned again.
