1st - the demo you have recorded is mostly (like 95%) in 3rd person so it's hard to say if there is any kind of cheat or not
2nd - our admins can do better SGS, this looked truly clear.

If you have another demo please send it here. But in my opinion it's clear.

The demos are insufficient. Neither of them is in 1st person/person of view (POV).
Also as I said out admins can do the same with out hacks so he's very possibly clear.
