The reasons are..
First reason is the Lang i can see that u cant speak that much english idk how u will communicate in at when u dindt know how to say it..
the second reason is the reports u have some reports thats nice but all of them were clear.
the third reason is in the game most of the time when is last human u aint goin to trying to kill him u just strafing after we warned u, u will say "ok" and u will do the same thing the next round..

I have information that you barely started to learn english. That's why I told you It's too soon to request for an admin.
Also you have some reports on the web but none of them were approved as cheat visible.
You still have much to learn that's why I must again deny you. You would be accepted for the TEST and you would not know nothing and also I would have to make those tests in english.
You have still much to learn. I recommend you not to apply for an admin for atleast 2 months. You can't learn english in few weeks. I am learning it for 10 years and still don't know every word but don't need translator everytime.
You don't speak also czech or slovakia which is (said to be) hard lang for foreigner (guy from abroad).
