If you have any problem with VIP, send the leadership a private message (you need to be logged in).

The most common problems with a VIP account:

SteamID: check that your current SteamID in the game (type “status” in the console) matches the one you entered when paying. You can verify it on steamid.xyz. After entering the SteamID you should see the details of your Steam profile.

Wrong server: VIP works only on servers of the type it was bought for. If you bought it for 1v1 ARENA, for example, it won't work on MIRAGE ONLY.

Wrong SMS format: the most common problem. In most cases it can be fixed: send the leadership a private message (you need to be logged in).

Premium SMS not enabled: in that case you aren't charged. Ask your mobile operator to enable premium SMS.

Bonus credit from your operator: a VIP account can't be bought with bonus credit from your operator (credit you got for free).

If your VIP account still doesn't work or you filled in some details wrong (e.g. the SMS format or a wrong SteamID), send the leadership a private message (you need to be logged in).
