The most common issues with activation:

STEAMID
Please check, whether your in-game SteamID (type "status" into your console to check) matches the one you entered into checkout. You can use this website: steamid.xyz.

WRONG SERVER
VIP account is valid only on the server it was bought on. If you bought a VIP account on 1v1 ARENA, it won't work on MIRAGE ONLY.
