Im doing only a quick summary but from this i have to say No. Improve your chat and report a few people on our Forum. I understand the language barrier but we have templates for reports in English, or you can use Google Translate.

As the admins said, please try to make a few reports on our forum, so we can see that you know how to record demos and detect cheaters. Also, your chatlog needs improving.
