Today I played on your Zombie server and got banned for cheating. I'd ask for an investigation into this case.
Admin also has the right to ask you for screenshots from the time of the ban, always a specific admin will describe in the topic how many screenshots he created for you and you then have to upload them to the server www.mediafire.com.
These screenshots can be found in:
Steam:
C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\common\Half-life\cstrike\nazov_mapy.bmp
Nonsteam:
C:\Program Files\game_folder\cstrike\nazov_mapy.bmp
For nonsteam, the game folder may be different depending on which folder you chose when installing.
